The next step in my development is to use my wireframing sketches to create a lo-fi digital mockup. Lo-fi digital mockups are a crucial step in the design process. It involves creating simple, low-fidelity prototypes of an app's user interface, using tools such as Figma. I can use my lo-fi mockups to create early prototypes to test and validate design concepts, and to gather feedback from users and stakeholders.

By creating lo-fi digital mockups, I will be able to define the overall flow and structure of, my app, and begin to understand how users will interact with it. This can help to inform decisions about the layout, navigation, and other aspects of the user interface.

As well as this, creating Lo-fi digital mockups is a relatively quick way to create prototypes, which means I can iterate and test multiple design concepts quickly and efficiently. This can be especially valuable in the early stages of the design when I am still trying to understand the needs and preferences of users.

By testing and iterating on design concepts using lo-fi digital mockups, I can identify and resolve potential issues early on, before the app is fully developed. This can help to reduce the risk of costly mistakes and delays later in the project.

So far in the development process, I have created screens for several different experiences. My approach to these digital mockups was to create several different variations of the same design so that I had options to choose from. This made it flexible for me when I needed to link different experiences together, as some variations worked better together than others.

My main aim for the entire mockup was to create a seamless experience between user flows to ultimately create a convenient and user-friendly product.

Below are the different sections that I have currently mocked up.

Active Tickets On App Home Screen

This section shows the different variations of screens of the user's active tickets on the app home screen, allowing them to easily access and view their tickets at a glance. The screen includes a summary of the ticket type, date, and time, as well as options for expanding the ticket.

Purchasing Tickets (Singular & Multiple People)

This section shows variations of screens that allow users to purchase tickets for single or multiple people, select different service types, and include options for selecting the ticket type. These screens also include a summary of the ticket cost and payment options as well as different states for the ticket wallet section.

Ticket Wallet

The ticket wallet screen allows users to view and manage their tickets in a centralised location. It includes options for viewing and accessing active tickets, as well as for purchasing new tickets.

Passengers - Adding Passengers

These screens show the experience of adding passengers to journey settings and include options for selecting the passenger type (adult, child, student, etc.) and entering the passenger details as well as discount cards.
